All of our services are provided at no cost and with complete confidentiality. We understand the importance of trust and privacy, so when you visit our center, you can feel secure knowing that your information will remain strictly confidential.
Pregnancy Tests
Think you might be pregnant? Schedule an appointment for a free pregnancy test. We offer lab-quality urine pregnancy tests.
Even if you have taken home tests, it’s important to confirm the result. If your test is positive, our staff will determine next steps, such as scheduling an ultrasound exam.
Ultrasounds
We offer free limited ultrasound services to help you better understand your pregnancy and options. A limited ultrasound confirms three key factors:
- How far along
- Pregnancy location
- Pregnancy viability
Before making any decisions or jumping to conclusions, it’s essential to confirm you’re pregnant.
Options Counseling
We want you to be informed on all of your pregnancy options. When a woman is facing an unexpected pregnancy, she may want information on abortion, parenting, adoption, etc. It is very important that women receive accurate information in a safe environment. We are here to answer your questions and direct you to the appropriate resources.
Material Assistance
We understand that with a new baby comes the need for material resources such as diapers and bottles. Our center is happy to help supply you with what you need as you begin this new journey into parenthood.
Adoption Information
Gifting someone with a child is one of the most courageous acts someone can do. However, considering adoption can be confusing. There is a lot information to sift through. We have a network of credible and professional adoption agencies in the area to which we can refer you. In addition to a list of approved agencies, we provide free educational resources.
Community Referrals
We understand that often there is more than parenting resources that you need. We work with other local organizations to provide you with the community and financial resources that can guide you into a stable future.
Earn While You Learn
Our parenting classes are designed for all expecting moms and dads to provide the basic fundamentals of parenting. Pregnancy, childbirth, child development, parenting skills and more are the focus of these sessions.

You can’t support her if you don’t know what’s happening. learn what’s going on. We offer pregnancy and parenting classes. The more you know, the more confident you’ll feel.

What to expect when visiting our center.
All of our services are free.
First, we want you to know: We will never charge you anything for our services. This includes the pregnancy test, ultrasound, material support items, or any other services or resources you receive from us.
There are a few forms for you to fill out.
We will send you the intake forms via text so you can complete them ahead of time, if possible. This allows us to better understand your situation and address any concerns you may have regarding your potential pregnancy. The online paperwork is quick and should only take a few minutes to complete. Your medical information is strictly confidential and will only be used for your care and treatment, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Note: Bring a photo ID or upload your ID with your forms. We will need some form of picture ID to allow us to verify your
identity. You can bring driver’s license, passport, school ID or military ID. If you don’t have these, bring whatever photo ID
you might have.
When you arrive for your pregnancy test.
Upon arrival, you’ll meet with a trained advocate in a private room. They will explain the services and resources available to you, answer any questions you may have, and administer your pregnancy test using lab-quality tests to ensure highly accurate results.
Pregnancy test & results
We understand a positive (or negative) pregnancy test result can bring up a range of emotions. We’re here to support you as you process these feelings and answer any questions you may have.
If you’d like to bring your partner, spouse, or boyfriend to your appointment, they’re welcome to join you and ask questions as well. Our goal is to ensure you both feel informed and supported as you consider your options and explore the resources available at our center.
If your pregnancy test results are positive, we can also provide you with a verification letter for insurance or Medicaid purposes, if needed.
Ultrasound to medically confirm pregnancy.
Ultrasound is the most reliable way to medically confirm your pregnancy. After you receive a positive pregnancy test at our center, we can schedule you for an ultrasound—if you meet the criteria—to determine the gestational age, confirm the location of the pregnancy, and check for a fetal heartbeat.
After pregnancy is confirmed
Our trained client advocates are available to walk alongside you throughout your decision-making process. No matter the journey, you will have access to all the support and resources our center offers.
